Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate:
    AUD $10 for all domestic orders
    AUD $30 for all international orders 

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
    International delivery usually takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note: remote areas may take longer to deliver.

Order Changes & Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot redirect shipments once they are in transit.
If you need to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
